i had fun yesterday meeting up with the airport clique(:i miss you all lots. and surprisingly i managed to study more than what i did on both monday and tuesday added together. catherine left early so didn't managed to snap a shot of her. but nonetheless, i managed to find a photo.haha.
i still rmb during the o level period, we were practicing our tys, chanting humanities and even had small breaks in between to play bingo. lol. i will rmb you all(:
all the mugging, gossiping, getting chased from one place to another. yups(: and next,i wanna meet up with the six(: you all are another group that i really miss too.

School choir bags two gold medals at international competition

SINGAPORE: St. Anthony's Canossian Secondary School choir has returned to Singapore with two gold medals from the prestigious International Festival of Song in Olomouc.

As the only Asian entrant out of 127 choirs from around the world, the troupe sang their way to second position overall.

"The best part probably was that we learnt a lot of new things, like learning to accommodate one another... tolerate one another, and at the same time we worked [towards] and achieved a common goal," said Liau Kai Xin, Choir Member, St. Anthony's Cannosian Secondary School.

The girls’ parents and teachers agree that winning was great, but the journey to victory was even better.

"In education values, they really learned how to focus, how to strive for their own goals, so that is something I am very happy about," said Taw Sio Ling, Head of Co-Curricular Activities, St. Anthony's Cannosian Secondary School.

"They performed in very difficult circumstances, they learned to cope with the stress of competition... and they've come through. I think that will stand them in good stead in life, later on," said Melanie Martens, Principal, St. Anthony's Cannosian Secondary School. - CNA/yy

i had so much fun on wednesday(: this is because i finally met up with wq n sc. aww. missed them a lot. we studied and i think i was quite efficient that day(: of course there will be some slight talking but all of us did our work. we had subway for lunch and foodcourt for dinner. subway was heavenly(: yums. i left a little earlier because i had tuition.haha(:love you girls(:

my burnt skin is peeling. =x so my skin has bubbles here and there.oh well..
took a 3 hour nap when i reached home to revitalise, i was really tired.

well. this morning i survived 100 slides worth of chemistry electrochem lecture, sitting in the audi for 2hr 45 min together with the whole chemistry h2 cohort. perseverance was needed but glad that it was over. oh. i pass my chem test((: so passed chem, maths and physics. i'm left with gp n econs which i have not taken back yet. of course i know i can do better(:but thank God(:

on a lighter note, went swimming with the girls today(: it was fun!more photos will be uploaded soon(: haha.

one more day to the annual Plasir de Chanson. it will mark the end of my career. i really wanted to go Pattaya with you guys but i can't. my throat hurts a little from singing every single day of the past few weeks.

this morning i reached siglap 5 minutes before 9am so i stoned a little and took photos of the CC.you see, i was bored.hah.
anyway, last week went parkway with a 7 other people, this includes the pretty girsl in the photos below(:Lunched at gelare just now. yummy waffle!(: you know what's the plus point? is that today is tuesday! waffles going at half price(: after choir, after settling all the tickets, went over to eat yong tau fu again. i say again because yesterday went there for lunch with a whole group of people, it's to sorta celebrate mr low's b'day. it was fun. surround sound and singing happy birthday out of tune to him. lol.

yawns. i shall take a short rest now. special thanks to the the 4 Js who are coming down to support me tmr night(:

i haven't blogged for ages. i dont know what happened to the previous post's photos. this week had gp paper. it wasn't that good but nonetheless this won't stop me from working hard for my other papers. yes, it was a set back but i got to pick myself together. thanks for all those who had encouraging in one way or another(:

syf is over now, i guess everyone has different reaction to the outcome. i feel that the experience of the entire thing was better than the outcome. the months of preparations, the long and draggy practices that we were complaining about.
